My clients are taking legal action against the Havenwood BP gas station after the tragic death of Albert Stevenson. Negligent security occurs when a business fails to provide reasonable security precautions to protect its patrons. I’m proud to be representing the Stevenson family in their wrongful death case and will do everything in my power to hold those responsible accountable.

MSBA Legal Summit 2022 

John Leppler was selected to present at the 2022 MSBA Legal Summit.  His topic was:  Adverse Witness Depositions in Civil Litigation – Getting the Key Admissions You Need to Win at Trial.

The legal summit took place from Wednesday, June 1 to Friday, June 3, 2022 at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland.  John gave his presentation on Thursday, June 2nd.
